Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
